1) HEALTH ASSESSMENTS
Help Hampshire provides an excellent opportunity to better understand your current state of health and how you can work towards improving it using our excellent resources by working with our specialist health care practitioners.



All members of the HELP Hampshire Stroke Clinic will be re-assessed on completion of their 12-week exercise programme, and will be assessed annually thereafter.
2) HELP HAMPSHIRE COMMUNITY EXERCISE CLASSES
Along with our Health Assessments, we provide an opportunity to participate in community based exercise sessions on a weekly basis.
This includes:

3) OTHER COMMUNITY EXERCISE OPPORTUNITIES

HOBBS REHABILITATION
An interdisciplinary service is provided by experts in neurophysiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, children's physiotherapy, rehabilitation medicine, neuropsychology and orthotics to help ensure that every individual can reach their full potential.

NEURO-FIT
This is a small class for patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, who would benefit from mobility, balance and specific strength exercises. This class is a low level class which is a combination of seated or standing exercises with an instructor on hand to help.

ICAN-THERAPY
This bespoke new exercise experience combines the clinical knowledge and expertise of a therapy led service with a community based rehabilitation facility for the benefit of those with health conditions and also those looking to mobilise and feel better.
